Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and accessories are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
